I met up with Pink Floyd in Atlanta on their Animals tour.  They were at the Omni getting ready for the show.  I met Graham Fleming who was in charge of the production.  He was not interested in my flash cannons.  He had a bigger problem.  Customs in NY had held up the 2500 lbs of fireworks he needed for the outdoor concerts.  He told me I would have a job if I could get the fireworks out of customs in time for the Los Angeles shows.  I agreed.  I had at this time permits from the ATF for high explosives.  I flew to NY and was able to clear customs and get the fireworks out on a plane to LA.  When the 13 tractor trailer trucks pulled into the Anaheim Stadium I was sitting on top of the 2500 lbs of fireworks.  I had done it.  In just a few days I had the fireworks out of customs and all the way across the country.   

One of the best shows we did was at the stadium in Cleveland OH.  We had all the shells loaded that would go up and explode and sheep would come down from the sky.  Well before the concert I saw the guy from Britain who was shooting the sheep looking out over the lake from the stadium.  Curious I went to see what’s up.  He showed me a jetliner out over the water.  This full size jet was just circling out over the water.  As the time came to start the concert the jet started heading our way.  Here this huge jet was coming in at low altitude.  As it got over the stadium the pilot pulled the nose up and blasted the engines full power…..   It was awesome.  The whole stadium started to resonate.  Never have seen another start of a concert that could compare. 

What happened to the leftover fireworks?? I got a call one day from an attorney wanting a copy of my permit for Pink Floyd's fireworks... It's alledged that the fireworks were stored in a barn and the barn caught on fire. The Fire Department did not know explosives were in the barn. It exploded and killed some firemen. I do not know what the out come of the case was.... All I know is I had on the permit I was not responsible for the storage.
